STRONG headwinds out of the east, which was the way we were heading 95% of the day. We left at 4:15am this morning and just got in. 9 hours on a bike seat is just too long. The later it got in the day, the stronger the winds would get. I had a detour construction sign blow down in the road in front of me. Glad it is over!
